The architect of India's privatization Mr. Manmohan Singh is scheduled to swear in again as the Prime Minister of India with huge popularity and almost majority in Indian Parliament with its alliance partners. Mr. Manmohan singh was instrumental during the Narsimha Rao Govt for chalking out the policies on privatizations and paved the way for globalization in India. but what would be his agenda for next 100 days? Our Ministers are paid hefty packages in addition to their allowances and priveleges but in five years it is only election which evaluates their performance. The performance evaluation of these ministers and MP's is also variable subject to some other factors viz cast, party and above all muscle power/money power.
Will Mr. Singh becoome the real king and will he also globalize/privatize the functioning of Govt and its functionaries? Will there be any annual appraisal system? Will there be Quarterly target and review? Will there be any grading of the ministers for their performance? Will there be any kind of qualifying parameters such as Age, education, for selection of Ministers in addition to its influence in party? Would the candidate be ever checked for its criminal back ground?
These are the basic questions which an Indian wish to know from the new king(Singh)?
Will Mr. Singh's impeccable image remain Intact? or will it also be tainted?
Next 100 days will set the foundation of New India, The Changed India.
