Mayawati ki Jai Ho..( Hall of Shame)

Mayawati has been gifted the garland made of 1000 notes amounting about Rs. 5 Crore in a public functions. probably slogan of " Mayawati Jai Ho" must be pronounced. I am sure in Indian Democracy the money is the power and it overrules everything. Its a latest case of sheer overlooking by the Govt machinery due to political compulsion and local politics.
A layman question is that why don't our Election Commission, Income tax, and Judiciary take a note on that and act on suo moto basis.
Is U.P. a backward state or its chief Minister? i was wondering that what is the agenda of mayawati? to make U.P. a Harit Pradesh or its personal account a "BHARIT BOX" ? Indeed this the very reason that why U.P. is not growing . Probably one question may pop up is that If Bihar can out grow national growth than why can't U.P.? the simple answer is that U.P. leaders are working to outgrow their growth rather than state .

Why does our central system changes on such a glorifying and big fat shows.
Lets hope one day there will be change in our system and it will be rectified.

Cricket has changed India alot and Indians too...

Each of us will agree that India has changed with multifacet colors but i am refering here in terms of culturally and specifically in sports domain. way back we were so conservative on our sport activity that gew games were known and restricted to elders of the family. it could be Football, Hockey etc. But Cricket has brought in the paradigm shift in sports policy of India.
Who cares that still our national game is hockey not cricket but cricket manages the show by hovering almost 85% of total sports activity of India. Does ever our policy makers thought to bring changes in the status of our national game?
IPL, the acronym of Indian Premier Leage , probably it should be named Indian Pagal League.
Cricket is now the only releigion of india which dictates no restrictions from any of the society of india. IPL -3 is the new addition and coboration of this . once upon a time, Ramayana set a record TVR and loyalty of its viewers. but i am sure if it is retelcasted, it will lack behind with the cricket and there will be few buyers for it wherein in Cricket any proprty is sold as hot cake.

Isn't this indicates the changes of Indian mind and its cultural values. not only this but now cricket is big Fat profit earning business than Sports activity.
I am sure that too much of cricket will kil itself by becoming a " BHASMASUR"
Lets hope that our policy makers will be changed to avoid this Bhasmasur.

SRK (INDIA) V/S SHIV SENA OR CONG V/S SHIV SENA

The Latest controversary on MNIK which originated from non inclusion of Pakistani Cricketers in forthcoming IPL, wherein SRK's statement that Pakistan Cricketers should have been included raised the tempertaure of Mumbai's Sarkar(Shri Bal Thakre) and the present Drama started.
Shiv Sena waked up all of sudden and picked up the issue realizing very well that if they don't, MNS will catch it and again eat their vote bank, tried to make the issue as a national importance and sought SRK to apologise . He even labled as "GADDAR" and told that he should stay in Pakistan. also shiv sena told that without apology , MNIK, The new movie of SRk would not be screened in Maharastra.
I am bit confused over the actual issue. was it Shiv Sena v/s SRK or Shiv Sena V/S Congress?
my vview is that this was a total issue came out Khichdi Politics wherein Sharad pawar, Rahul Gandhi etc have played vital role. First Sharad pawar had been pulled up for High Inflation repetetively than Rahul Gandhi took head on with Shiv Sena during his Mumbai's visit , which clearly established that Shiv Sena is loosing ground in Mumbai day by day. This feeling made shiv Sena desperate to show its power in Mumbai and eventually landed up on wrong foot and picked up this unimportant and silly issue and tried to make out it as tool to establish its ownership over Mumbai. My inner feeling doesn't allow me to accept that One individual can stand against Shiv Sena so openly and somehow i get the feeling of some one else on the back of SRK.
I am sure that this incident will change the shiv sena's think tank's perspective over the Mumbaikar and next time Shive Sena will be cautious enough to make so much hue and cry over any issue. else it will again back fire.

“Climate Change and We”

Why so much noise on Climate Change, Why “GREEN” is most listened and written word now days. Why is so much curiosity for Climate change? How it will affect our day to day life?

“Climate” is a long term average (usually 30 years) of weather patterns. Climate change refers to the abnormal change in climate due to human activity. Abnormality in Temperature, Rainfall, snowfall, is due to Climate change.
“GHG’s” refers to Green House Gases which are the combination of Carbon dioxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide and Water Vapors. The earth atmosphere is mixture of gases; some gases allow heat from the sun to pass in and warm the earth but prevent heat from escaping the earth. This is known as Green House effect.
“Global Warming” refers to change in earth’s temperature which is causing the climate change. Due to it the ice caps in north and south poles are melting. They have shrunk by 34% in last 150 years. Rising sea level threatens millions of life in megapolises like Mumbai, New York, London, and Tokyo. The islands like Maldives may be submerged. Mountains Glaciers are also retracting. According to UN report of 2007, Source of the Ganga may disappear by 2030 if the temperature rises with the current pace. There will be more draught areas, Water Scarcity and Power shortage is one of the crucial consequences of it.
“Emissions” are gases released into atmosphere. Industrial revolution caused 40% Carbon Dioxide in atmosphere by burning fossil fuels (Petrol, Diesel, and Coal) and wood. Deforestation also reduces the absorption of carbon dioxide by trees.
It remains in atmosphere for more than 100 years. Carbon dioxide contributes 77% for Global warmings whereas nitrous oxide 14%. The major source for Carbon dioxide is power generation plants and deforestation which contributes 24% for Carbon emissions,
India’s contribution to Global warming is 2.2% whereas the highest comes from developed countries like USA (29%), EU (26.5%), Russia (8.1%), and China (7.6%).
Copenhagen meet was planned to come on consensus to cut the emissions to save the world but unfortunately it was big failure and the credit goes to USA and other Eu countries who wants every country to cut the emission at par with them. This was totally unacceptable to all third world countries including India. Also to create the Global warming fund was contentious issue. Wherein the developed countries were not ready to transfer the technology for low emissions to other countries. India walked out due to uneven policies of it. Cutting emissions means slowing down the economic activity in the country which will put us far behind with other peer countries. Also the debate was that these west countries are using Global warming as a tool to obstruct the growth of Asian countries.
We can also contribute to emission cut by controlling our day to day activity eg. Saving electricity and water, less usage of fossil fuels, planting trees, less usage of fertilization in agriculture, etc.
Remember that Global warming is man made and a global phenomena but starts from us and it will affect each of us in a catastrophic way hence it is our duty to save the world to save us.

3 Kudos to Amir Khan!!!!!!!!

Instead of 3 idiots, its name should be 3 excellance. super marvelous movie with clear cut message on present education system and its impact on society.
The present controversary on the movies itself is the sheer reflection of our present so called society makers(politicians) ill behaviours and audacity of not able to digest the truth.
Certainly i can not expect them to watch the movie in futuristic context and rectify the mistakes which they are carring since our independance. The movie is eye opener for parents and society who close their eyes beyond white coller jobs and impose their will to frame up the carrier of kids and ultimately and unintentionally end up ruining their kids carreer.
Lets hope that we all togather will take lessons from the movie and would be able to say some day that " ALL IS WEL....................."
lets give a single try to change ourself so that we can change the society.

Are We Really Free?????????????

A billion doller question is that " R we really free?". u must be surprised that how absurd question is that but latest incident of Raj-Abu compelled me to ask myself and every Indian this question. If yes that means every Indian has got constitutional right to read, write and speak language of thier choice. but our great Marathi man(Raj) believes that Indian constitution does not apply to Mumbai especially if he does not wish to. the proclaimed wel wisher of Martahi Manoos imposing that he is the real "SARKAR" of Mumbai and also beyond the reach of Indian Govt. my fear is that with just 13 MLA's he can do this , what will happen if he becomes the C.M. of Maharastra. Will there be a new country named as Maharastra. or will he write the new constitution for Maharastra where Indian constitution will not apply.
Also the role of congress is dubious in all the incidents of Raj. Few people believe that Raj is backed by the congress from back door to dilute the effect of Shiv Sena . even if it is so. i am sure it will not imitate the Pakistan and Taliban story. The moster(Raj) will not eat its own creator(congress). Even the reaction of Ashok Chavan and tight lipped senior congress people of central govt again reinforces my belief that nothing is going to come out of this dirty politics except the innocent people will lose their hard earned money , time and probably Life.
One more question pops up in mind that " Was this drama well designed to get national attention?" if so it is going to be Black day of Indian history for getting cheap publicity.
lets hope that our politicians will change their mind and style of politics to take care of atleast their country's interest.

Wake up India !!!!!!!!!

Does India Really developing and self sufficient to protect itself? The present fire incident in IOCL depo at Jaipur and subsequently our fire fighting mechanisim compelled me to say " NO".
Our authorities have left the hopes on God to extinguish it and saying that it will be settled itself once the fuel is over. Is this the way we fight with the disaster? does this approach reflect that we are growing by leaps and bounds everyday? somehow i get the idea that we are showing our vulnarability to our enemies that please come and attack on these soft targets which we are unable to protect? where is our safety measures for Pre incidents and post incidents? where is our meachanism to cope up with such disasters?
I am afraid how we will face the next century challenges in such enviornments.
Lets pray God to give us strengths to come out of such traummas and save us.
